Installed on the wire prior to the boots.  The over-sleeves increases the thermal protection of the wire and increases dielectric strength to prevent cross-fire and arcing.  The Silicone over-sleeve comes in 25’ lengths.  The Sleeve comes in blue, black, red, yellow.  Fits up to 9mm wire.
